Oil Presses
With 50 years experience in engineering, KEK were one of the first companies to develop cold oil presses. The Kek presses are very economical and can run unmanned for 24 hours a day. The range of quantities that these presses can process is also extensive starting off at 20 kilos per hour right up to 500 kilos per hour.
Our three KEK Screw Presses are the P0020, P0101 and P0500. They are especially suitable for pressing soft oil seeds, such as Sunflower Kernels, Rapeseed, Sesame and Linseed. Most oilseeds can be processed without pre-crushing or pre-heating, to produce biological oils of high quality and value. Cold pressed oils are rich in vitamins and minerals for human or animal consumption. They can also be used as diesel-substitute in combustion engines, The three presses all have:
- Separate screw segments allowing a precise setting with different seeds
- Simple adjustment of the moveable cone system allows a fast and trouble free start up and shut down of the press and for pressure regulation
